Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Real Estate Development, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex development projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction, zoning laws, and property development finance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the Paarl and surrounding Western Cape development landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential development sites and project opportunities.
• Manage feasibility studies, zoning applications, and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines for new developments.
• Select and manage architects, engineers, contractors, and other project consultants.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
• Manage project financing, investor relations, and the eventual sale or lease of developed properties.
