About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Real Estate Development Manager to lead their development projects in and around Paarl . This senior role involves overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to project planning, financing, construction, and final sales or leasing. You will manage multiple stakeholders, including architects, contractors, local authorities, and investors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property development and a keen understanding of the Western Cape 's growth potential.
