Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate development or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of site development, civil engineering coordination, and zoning.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects from site planning through construction completion.
• Lead architects, engineers, contractors, and development consultants.
• Guide entitlement, zoning, and permitting with municipalities.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and timelines for developments.
• Oversee utilities, grading, roadways, and site work.
• Coordinate bidding, negotiation, and cost-control processes.
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting.
• Identify development opportunities and assist land acquisitions.
