Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate development or multifamily housing.
• Proven track record in managing due diligence, entitlements, and large-scale projects.
• Experience with financial planning, budget management, and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multifamily housing development projects.
• Engage and direct strategic external consultants.
• Maintain a detailed project budget and track compliance requirements.
