Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Arizona Bar.
• Minimum 8+ years in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors' rights.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.
• Familiarity with Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned matters using case management and reporting software.
• Conduct court appearances and travel as required.
• Provide superior client care and proactive communication.
