Myers Investment Group is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the management, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of our private real estate credit portfolio from loan closing through repayment. The role combines hands-on loan oversight with portfolio analytics and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate has five+ years in private credit or CRE lending, strong modeling skills, and the ability to build institutional-level reporting and risk frameworks to support growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of private credit or CRE lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate-secured credit and loan structures.
• Ability to analyze borrower liquidity, collateral, and leverage ratios.
• Proven track record building portfolio-level reporting and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor active loans from closing through payoff, including compliance, collateral, and construction progress.
• Identify emerging credit risks and maintain watchlists and risk rating framework.
• Forecast loan payoffs, capital commitments, and cash for originations.
• Develop institutional-quality portfolio reporting and explain key trends and risks.
• Coordinate with servicing, accounting, investor relations, originations, legal counsel, and borrowers.
