Job summary

Lincoln Financial invites an experienced Portfolio Management Associate Director to join the Commercial Mortgage and Real Estate Investments team in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee a $17 billion loan portfolio, monitor performance, mitigate risk, and guide underwriting and credit analysis growth.

This leadership role requires 3–5+ years in CRE finance, strong analytical skills with operating statements, rent rolls, and loan documents, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CoStar, and Argus.

Qualifications

• 4-year education in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in CRE finance and/or CRE investment and analysis.
• Knowledge of CRE principles, valuation methods and loan documents.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with market data tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan performance and mitigate risk across a multi-billion portfolio.
• Collaborate with servicing and production teams; report to senior management.
• Support portfolio management across departments and participate in market analytics.
