Job summary

Candidates should have a J.D. and 5+ years in a large corporate setting, with strong drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation. This role requires independent work, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission.
• 2-5+ years in a large corporate setting, in-house preferred.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial leases and corporate instruments.
