JLL is seeking a skilled Estimator/Cost Manager to lead the cost estimation function for multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on preparing estimates, budgeting, and driving standardization across projects while interfacing with clients, internal teams and external partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Knowledge of industry standards, market conditions, costs and cost databases.
• Experience with project budgets and schedules; ability to manage cost controls.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single point of contact for estimate requests and coordinate workload.
• Lead estimation team, oversee deliverables and ensure SLA compliance.
• Develop standards, templates, and tools for cost estimation and budgeting.
