Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial experience in real estate.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multifamily portfolio.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate audits, tax returns, lender reporting, and compliance.
