The candidate will supervise project teams, engage with external partners, and drive performance metrics while ensuring high quality outcomes and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years leading real estate, construction, or facilities projects.
• Experience managing projects through strategy to execution.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and capex oversight.
• Experience with PM tools and standardized methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of projects across Portfolio Strategy, Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Facilities Management.
• Collaborate with developers, landlords, contractors, engineers, architects and internal teams.
• Define scope, budgets, and timelines with partners.
• Deliver updates on scope, schedule, budget, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery with risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs and monitor performance.
