Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management or related area OR 5 years in related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital planning and execution for a designated business segment, including budget loading, adjustments, and tracking.
• Collaborate with business, finance, and project teams to align capital investments with strategic priorities.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance forecasting, identify spending trends, and support scenario planning.
• Monitor and analyze capital performance, providing insights and recommendations for program improvements.
• Support post-CPC processes, ensuring compliance and financial discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data visibility.
• Act as a strategic partner in evolving the capital management function.
