Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Reporting & Financial Insights to create and lead a new executive reporting and business insight capability for CapEx and OpEx. This role designs reporting methodologies, KPI frameworks, data governance standards, and BI capabilities from scratch, then drives adoption across six organizations without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
• Experience building reporting frameworks, KPI methodologies, and data governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish the executive reporting framework for Realty's CapEx and OpEx portfolio.
• Define and own executive KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards that translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Build enterprise data governance and quality controls to ensure timely, accurate reporting across Realty.
• Drive cross-functional adoption of reporting processes and standards across Realty, Finance, Accounting, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Strategy & Planning.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends within the capital and operating portfolio, proactively recommending actions based on performance indicators.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between Finance, Realty Operations, Technology, and Executive Leadership.
