Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Manager for corporate real estate and capital improvement projects in the Little Rock area. You will act as owner’s representative, leading complex programs from planning through completion while safeguarding scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client goals.

Responsibilities include leading multiple projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting environments.
• Experience leading large, complex capital improvement, workplace, renovation, infrastructure, or facility projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and consultant management.
• PM/ CCM or PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs, including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvements.
• Manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client objectives and operational requirements.
• Coordinate scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement strategies, and project execution.
• Oversee architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, risk registers, and executive-level reporting.
