Job summary

UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement is seeking a Project Manager for Real Estate Planning & Development to guide complex capital projects from programming through closeout in our Columbia, MD or Washington, DC offices.

You will coordinate owner requirements, manage design and construction documentation, track risks and schedules, and lead stakeholder communications using PMIS and established processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities planning, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years in real estate development or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate owner requirements, design review, and schedule.
• Manage PMIS drawing registers and project records.
• Read drawings and coordinate with architects/engineers.
• Provide status updates on deliverables, risks, and budget.
• Support procurement interfaces and site sequencing.
