Vaco is seeking an Audit Senior focused on real estate for a hybrid role (2 days onsite) across Rock Center (NYC), White Plains, Florham Park, Melville and Jericho. You will perform audits, reviews, and compilations, applying U.S.

GAAP/GAAS, and manage planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least 2 years public accounting, CPA eligibility, strong leadership, and the ability to supervise staff while maintaining client relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience.
• Audit experience with U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
• Experience managing audit engagements from planning through completion.
• CPA or 150 credit hours/CPA eligibility.
• Real estate audit experience preferred.

• Audit, review, and compilation procedures with control testing, substantive testing, and analytical procedures.
• Coordinate day-to-day engagement activities including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up to keep engagements on schedule and within budget.
