The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of real estate law experience, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, and thorough knowledge of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of real estate law experience.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and development contracts.
• Strong title review, due diligence, and zoning understanding.
• Proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review real estate contracts including purchase agreements and leases.
• Conduct due diligence: title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning reviews.
• Advise on commercial leases, property management agreements, and related contracts.
• Review title commitments and surveys; prepare title and survey objections.
• Draft closing documents and conveyancing instruments.
• Support land acquisition and development transactions.
• Perform legal research to support transactions and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient, compliant closings.
• Maintain strong client relationships with responsive communication.
