Job summary

Stealth, a well-respected Fort Myers law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney for its high-value land acquisition and development practice, with support for residential transactions as needed.

You will negotiate and draft commercial and residential purchase agreements, counsel on leases and related contracts, review title commitments and surveys, and manage deals from contract through closing with lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with land acquisition and development transactions preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Well-organized and able to manage deadlines.
• Responsive, service-oriented approach and sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial and residential purchase agreements.
• Counsel clients on leases, property management contracts, and related agreements.
• Review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys; prepare title and survey objections.
• Draft closing, conveyancing, loan, and corporate resolution documents.
• Manage transactions from contract through closing, coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
