We Are Legal Revolution in Texas seeks a senior-level real estate associate to handle sophisticated borrower-developer transactions in a 100% transactional role with steady deal flow and meaningful responsibility.

The role requires 7–8 years of experience, a valid Texas bar, and a strong Dallas connection. You will draft, negotiate, and review complex documents, coordinate due diligence, and work with senior attorneys to close deals.

Formación

• 7–8 years of post-graduate experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Active Texas bar license in good standing.
• Strong connection to Dallas (current residence or relocation).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Ability to manage complex deal documentation with drafting and issue-spotting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and review key transaction documents for complex commercial real estate matters.
• Support borrower-side financing transactions, including loan documentation review and negotiation.
• Advise on deal structure, risk allocation, and closing mechanics across the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction checklists and closing deliverables.
• Work directly with senior attorneys and clients to drive deals to execution.
