Job summary

You will handle structuring, closing, and advisory work across national clients, including developers, lenders, and institutional entities, in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• JD required and licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development-related contracts.
• Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures involving diverse asset classes.
• Handle real estate financing transactions, including construction and permanent loan documentation.
• Draft and negotiate easement agreements, restrictive covenants, and related instruments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on zoning, land use, environmental, and regulatory matters.
• Support clients through complex, multi-phase development projects.
