Qualifications

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar, or waiverable.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated real estate finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase/sale agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on strategic transactional matters.
• Support clients across a range of development-related matters.
