Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.
• Conduct due diligence, including title review, surveys, and zoning analysis.
• Advise clients on real estate development projects and land use matters.
• Collaborate with lenders, title companies, developers, and opposing counsel.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
• Contribute to client development and business growth initiatives.
