SSP Law Co. LPA is seeking a motivated Attorney (Real Estate Transactional) to join its growing Real Estate Transactions practice in the firm's Hyde Park office in Cincinnati, Ohio. You’ll work closely with clients and help drive sophisticated real estate deals. This is a great fit for a proactive, business-minded attorney who enjoys ownership and wants to build a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Entity formation, selection, and structuring
• Contract drafting, review, negotiation
• Commercial and retail leasing (draft/review/interpret)
• Real estate acquisitions/dispositions and title matters
• Review ALTA surveys, title commitments/policies, and due diligence
• Support title review and closing matters
• Exposure to commercial finance/lending (borrower and/or lender) and M&A as applicable

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed in Ohio (good standing)
• 2-8 years real estate transaction experience
