Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker seeks an experienced Real Estate Attorney (6+ years) to join our Cincinnati-area team. You will handle sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions, draft and negotiate related agreements, and advise on development and land-use matters.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with lenders and title companies, and contribute to client growth while maintaining exceptional service and timely execution in a dynamic firm environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Ohio law license or ability to obtain promptly.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.
• Conduct due diligence, including title review, surveys, and zoning analysis.
• Advise clients on real estate development projects and land use matters.
• Collaborate with lenders, title companies, developers, and opposing counsel.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
• Contribute to client development and business growth initiatives.
