Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Advise clients on real estate development projects from inception through completion.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, and construction contracts.
- Conduct due diligence including title and survey review.
