The role emphasizes drafting and negotiating complex documents, client service, and mentorship of junior attorneys, with an expectation of strong writing and organizational skills and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• 5th-8th year associate with significant experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage documents related to real estate and financing transactions.
• Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements.
• Collaborate on easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
• Interact directly with partners and clients, providing outstanding client service.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
