Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Am Law 100 firm for a Real Estate Associate with 4–7 years of experience to join their top-tier practice in either Los Angeles or San Francisco.

The successful candidate will work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across the United States, including finance, joint ventures, acquisitions and development, with direct client exposure and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience in real estate finance and joint ventures.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; active California Bar.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, borrowers, developers and investors in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Structure, negotiate and execute real estate financing arrangements including acquisition and development financing.
• Advise on commercial property acquisitions, dispositions and investment transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements and financing documentation.
• Assist with structuring and formation of real estate joint ventures and investment arrangements.
• Advise clients on commercial leasing matters where applicable.
• Lead transactions from structuring through closing, with direct client interaction.
• Coordinate due diligence and identify risks, providing practical solutions.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, lenders, opposing counsel and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance, tax and other practice areas on complex deals.
