Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 4 to 7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Significant experience in real estate finance transactions.
• Experience representing lenders is preferred but not required.
• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions; joint venture structures; purchase and sale agreements; management agreements.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Structure, negotiate, and document complex real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements.
• Assist clients with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects.
• Coordinate and manage transaction teams through all phases of a deal.
• Interface directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other transaction participants.
• Identify legal, business, and transactional risks and develop practical solutions.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Support business development and client relationships.
