Responsibilities

• Handle accounting for 25 separate real estate entities.
• Rent payment processing and accounts payable through Sage 100.
• Cash, bank reconciliations, and investment reporting.
• Payroll processing and payroll tax filings.
• Journal entries and monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
