Job summary

Grifols Diagnostic Solutions in San Diego, CA is seeking a Reagent Bulk & Fill Technician IV for a variable third shift. You will manufacture bulk reagents, perform sub-assembly formulation, prep raw materials, and package products ensuring proper ingredients and quantities.

The role requires flexibility to work first, second, and especially third shifts, including weekends. Eligible off-shift schedules may qualify for additional shift differential pay; current priority is the third shift from

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma, GED; Associates degree preferred.
• 6+ years of reagent fill technician or equivalent in a regulated setting; 2+ years troubleshooting fill equipment; 7+ years lab experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and variable shifts based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and operation of reagent filling equipment on at least 90% of automated lines.
• Print and distribute cycle count forms; review and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide cross-functional process improvement input; mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure device history records and SOPs are updated; support audits and CAPAs.
