Job summary

Grifols Diagnostic Solutions is seeking a Reagent Bulk & Fill Technician IV for our San Diego, CA facility. The role involves manufacturing bulk clinical and commercial kit reagents, sub-assembly formulation, and packaging of finished products in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Requires at least 6 years' experience as reagent fill technician or equivalent in a regulated setting.
At least 2 years troubleshooting fill equipment is required.
7+ years preferred in a laboratory setting; mechanics certification is desired.
GDP, GMP and ISO 13485 knowledge is required.
Proficient in following written procedures and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure accurate bulking and filling operations.
Perform reagent bulks formation, formulation, and packaging according to SOPs.
Coordinate material transfers from the warehouse and ensure proper inventory control.
Review and release device history records; support CAPA and QN investigations.
Mentor junior technicians and assist with training.
Participate in audit preparations and ensure cGMP compliance.
