Grifols Diagnostic Solutions in San Diego, CA is seeking a Reagent Fill Technician II to support manufacturing by assembling clinical and commercial products and ensuring materials meet batch specifications.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of reagent fill experience in a regulated setting, with 3 years in a lab. Mechanical or engineering knowledge is a plus, and adherence to cGMP is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years minimum experience as reagent fill technician in a regulated setting.
• 3 years minimum experience in a lab setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanics or engineering is desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle and tray temperature-sensitive goods for use in blood screening kits.
• Perform in-process visual inspection of temperature-sensitive goods as they come off the fill line.
• Gather samples for QC and Bioburden testing.
• Receive and verify materials from the warehouse.
• Assist with material handling, packaging and staging for process orders.
• Follow cGMP procedures and operate in ERP system.
• Maintain device history records and training logs.
• Support audits and ensure safety compliance.
