Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Beaumont region. You will manage Account Managers, develop sales strategies, and drive growth for ready-mix concrete products while maintaining high customer service levels.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business Administration and 2+ years in sales or related roles, with Salesforce experience preferred. Travel up to 50% and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in Sales/Marketing or related customer service role.
• Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
• Strong business sense in sales, marketing, or construction markets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Account Managers to drive new business and grow existing accounts.
• Achieve or exceed planned sales levels for products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of product line, pricing, and selling strategies.
• Develop strategy to meet sales goals and profitability in key markets.
• Prepare annual sales projections and recommended programs.
• Analyze market potential and competitive pricing.
