Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC seeks a Senior Readiness Data Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor. The role focuses on cyber workforce readiness, policy analytics, and readiness reporting between the Pentagon and Mark Center.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a related field or a BA with extensive relevant experience, plus 7+ years in data science, analytics, or readiness reporting, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or BA with extensive data science/defense readiness experience.
• 7+ years in data science, analytics, or readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DoD cyber workforce readiness and force capability.
• Develop MET/METL-based assessment criteria and readiness models.
• Create executive-level dashboards and briefings for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with military commands, interagency partners, and stakeholders.
