Job summary

BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Readiness Assessment Consultant to provide independent analytic advice and contribute to the development, integration and continual improvement of readiness assessment processes. The role is full-time on a customer site in Maryland and requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph.

You will work with teams to streamline readiness, ensure personnel and requirements align with mission goals, and document lessons learned while implementing readiness measures.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS w/ Polygraph required.
• 8+ years of Readiness and/or Capabilities analysis experience in SIGINT/Cyber/DoD domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; graduate degree acceptable in lieu of two years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and staff Readiness Assessment documents.
• Document lessons learned from readiness activities.
• Implement readiness assessments across teams and programs.
• Contribute to Mission Essential List development and reporting.
