Job summary

BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Readiness Assessment Consultant to provide independent analytic advice and contribute to the development, integration, and continual improvement of readiness assessment processes and their integration into management and decision-making. The role is full-time and on-site in Maryland, requiring TS/SCI with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/ Polygraph.
• Eight (8)+ years of combined experience in Readiness (SIGINT, CYBER, or DoD) and/or Capabilities and requirements analysis.
• Bachelor's or higher degree; graduate or higher in lieu of two years of experience; or bachelor's in business-related field, program management, or systems engineering may be accepted in lieu of two years.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and staff Readiness Assessment documents.
• Conduct and document lessons learned.
• Implement readiness assessments.
• Contribute to Mission Essential List development.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher

Graduate degree in business, program management, or systems engineering (in lieu of two years of experience)
