Job summary

Amtex Enterprises Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Web Developer to build React UIs for HR workflows and applicant-facing processes in a hybrid setup requiring 3 onsite days in Trenton, NJ.

You'll implement forms, dashboards, and a component library, ensure WCAG 2.0 AA compliance, and handle federated authentication, session management, and secure data handling in the browser. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of front-end experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of front-end development in production React apps.
• Experience implementing a component library or design system.
• WCAG 2.0 AA / Section 508 conformance, with assistive tech verification.
• Experience integrating federated authentication (SAML / OpenID Connect).
• Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end testing tools.
• Git-based workflow and PR review experience.

Responsibilities

• Build React interfaces for employee self-service and applicant workflows.
• Implement forms, workflows, and dashboards per specs.
• Integrate front-end with back-end APIs.
• Extend a component library to ensure consistent UX.
• Create reusable, well-documented components with tests.
• Ensure accessibility per Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA.
• Support secure session management and role-based views.
• Integrate federated authentication using SAML or OpenID Connect.
