Brilliant Infotech Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Web Developer with strong React expertise to build accessible, secure HR-focused web apps.

You will contribute to employee self-service and applicant workflows, aligning with modernization initiatives across state agencies. You will implement accessible front-end components, ensure WCAG 2.0 AA compliance, conduct accessibility testing with assistive tech, and integrate federated authentication (SAML/OIDC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of front-end development experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing component libraries or design systems.
• Experience with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility compliance.
• Experience testing web applications with assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation).
• Experience integrating federated authentication using SAML, OpenID Connect, or related protocols.
• Knowledge of front-end testing tools and automated testing practices.
• Experience with Git-based version control, branching strategies, and pull request reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.
• Build employee self-service portals, applicant-facing workflows, forms, dashboards, and other interactive user interfaces.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and services.
• Develop reusable, well-documented components and maintain component libraries or design systems.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA).
• Perform accessibility testing using assistive technologies.
• Identify, remediate, and document accessibility issues.
• Integrate federated authentication solutions using SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), or similar technologies.
• Write automated tests and maintain front-end code quality.
• Collaborate with designers, business stakeholders, and back-end developers.
• Participate in Git-based development workflows, PR reviews, and technical discussions.
