Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a healthcare technology startup in Cambridge, MA. The role blends mobile-first frontend with a growing web application, with ownership from concept to deployment and collaboration with product, clinical, and engineering teams.

You'll leverage React Native, React, TypeScript, and Python to build scalable, secure patient-focused software that improves care coordination and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional software development
• Strong recent professional experience building and shipping production applications using React Native
• Expertise with React for modern front end development
• Experience with TypeScript for front end and back end work
• Experience developing backend services and APIs using Python is a big plus
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and ongoing support
• Experience building scalable, secure, and highly reliable applications that handle sensitive user data
• Strong understanding of API design, third-party integrations, and distributed application architecture
