Job summary

Mochi Health is hiring a Senior React Native Engineer to own the mobile apps that patients and providers use daily. You will architect offline-first data sync, deep HealthKit/Health Connect integrations, and a unified cross-platform experience using Expo.

You’ll drive performance, accessibility, and native feel while embedding AI-driven workflows into the mobile interface and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This is an on-site role in San Francisco.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of frontend engineering focusing on React Native and Expo.
Expertise in mobile infra and cross-platform mobile product development.
Experience with AI-assisted tooling and integrating AI into mobile interfaces.

Responsibilities

Architect the mobile experience for clinicians and patients with offline-first data sync.
Leverage Expo and EAS to manage builds and OTA updates.
Design for offline states and robust health data handling.
Champion mobile UX with premium native feel and accessibility.
Integrate AI capabilities into mobile interfaces to automate clinical workflows.
Own end-to-end mobile architecture and drive code quality and testing.
