Synechron is seeking a Senior React Developer / Full-Stack Engineer to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will collaborate across product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

The role blends frontend work with React.js and state management and backend work with Java, Spring Boot, and REST services. Strong communication, agile practices, and problem-solving are essential for success. Base salary in Charlotte ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on React.js experience with hooks and functional components.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful services.
• Experience with Git and collaborative code-review workflows.
• Experience writing automated tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, JUnit or Mockito).
• Strong understanding of front-end performance, security, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Development - design and develop responsive web apps using React.js.
• Build reusable UI components and manage app state with Redux/Context/ zustand.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure performance and accessibility.
• Back-End Development - work with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers on API contracts and data models.
• Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
