Job summary

Estenda, a healthcare tech company in the United States, is seeking a Web Application Software Developer focused on front-end work. You will build reliable, usable web apps using React and .NET, with deployments to Azure, turning healthcare requirements into practical software solutions.

You will collaborate with analysts and product owners to translate needs into technical specs, implement responsive UIs, participate in code reviews, and mentor peers while upholding security-first design.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical field (CS preferred).
• 5+ years of frontend development with React.js, modern JS/TS, CSS frameworks.
• Experience building component-based UIs and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, RBAC, API keys).
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand user needs.

Responsibilities

• Build new digital health products and improve existing ones.
• Design and build frontend solutions with a cloud- and security-first approach.
• Turn requirements into technical specs with analysts and product owners.
• Participate in end-to-end frontend development and code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across the team.
