Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a senior frontend engineer to lead complex, user-facing web applications built with React + TypeScript. You will own the front-end architecture, collaborate with UX/Product to translate designs, and drive performance, accessibility, and security across the codebase.

You will establish front-end standards, work with design systems, and ensure cross-browser compatibility while mentoring engineers and shaping development practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering with deep front-end leadership.
• Expert-level React proficiency including hooks, composition, and context.
• Strong TypeScript skills and modern JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience with modern front-end tooling and build pipelines.
• Strong CSS architecture, responsive design, and theming.
• Advanced testing practices and automation ownership.
• Accessibility and WCAG/ARIA expertise with testing considerations.
• Performance engineering including Core Web Vitals optimization.
• API integration using GraphQL and REST with robust client patterns.
• Security-aware development and secure auth/session practices.
• Observability, client-side logging, and debugging production issues.
• MUST: Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex, user-facing web applications using React + TypeScript.
• Partner with UX/Product to translate designs into polished experiences.
• Establish and evolve front-end standards, architecture, and testing practices.
• Build using design system foundations, theming, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Drive performance, bundle optimization, caching, and runtime observability.
• Implement rich UI capabilities, data visualization, and robust forms/workflows.
• Ensure secure client-side patterns and safe auth practices.
• Collaborate with backend teams on GraphQL/REST contracts and patterns.
