Job summary

Clove Dental seeks a Senior Registered Dental Assistant II in Oxnard, CA to support dentists during procedures, capture diagnostic X-rays, and maintain smooth patient flow. A current California Dental Radiation Safety (X-Ray) Certificate and 3-6 years of experience are required.

You will provide chairside assistance, manage charting in Open Dental, sterilize instruments, and help keep operatories organized while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Current California Dental Radiation Safety (X-Ray) Certificate is required.
• 3-6 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Strong chairside and patient care skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dentist during procedures and input treatment plans into charts.
• Take diagnostic-quality dental X-rays and document images.
• Provide chairside support and anticipate provider needs throughout procedures.
• Maintain organized operatories and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Enter clinical information in the charting system (Open Dental).
• Sterilize instruments and manage supplies and equipment.
