Job summary

Clove Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant III in California to assist dentists during procedures, input treatment plans, and provide chairside support while ensuring X-ray images are captured and documented.

You will manage labs and supplies, sterilize instruments, prepare rooms, and enhance patient experience by seating patients, assisting with chart reviews, and maintaining a clean, efficient office. Leadership duties include coordinating flow and supporting junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Current California Dental Radiation Safety Certificate required.
• Experience with charting and documenting treatment plans preferred.
• Strong ability to manage chairside workflow and patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist during procedures and input treatment plans into charts.
• Take and document diagnostic-quality dental X-rays within scope.
• Maintain sterile instruments, organize labs, and prepare operatories for patients.
• Support patient experience by seating patients, answering questions, and ensuring comfort.
• Lead by example to keep schedules on time and coordinate with front office.
