Job summary

Atlas Search in New Jersey seeks an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to lead billing, coding, collections, and denial management across multisite operations. You will mentor a revenue cycle team and drive performance improvements.

You will own the end-to-end revenue cycle—from verification and coding to submissions and collections—ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and internal controls, reporting key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with leadership experience.
• Experience in multisite medical practice settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, denials, and payer portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a revenue cycle team across sites.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid billing rules.
• Resolve patient, provider, and staff billing inquiries.
• Analyze denial trends and reduce denials.
• Track metrics like Days in A/R and coding accuracy.
• Own end-to-end revenue cycle from verification to collections.
• Collaborate with leadership on RC initiatives.
• Maintain payer portal access and escalation protocols.
