Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead and mentor junior RBTs while implementing advanced ABA strategies.

You will execute client treatment plans with high fidelity, support BCBA initiatives, and ensure data accuracy and quality assurance across the team. The role involves collaborating with BCBAs/BCaBAs, delivering one-on-one interventions in diverse settings, and maintaining compliance with BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RBT experience in applied behavior analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with data collection software.
• Certified RBT with BACB credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide, model, and support junior RBTs and team members.
• Onboard new technicians and ensure protocol adherence.
• Implement ABA plans with high accuracy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and monitor client behavior data; provide feedback to BCBAs.
• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions in various settings.
• Utilize advanced behavior reduction techniques.
• Maintain communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and teams.
• Pursue ongoing ABA training and maintain BACB ethics.
• Complete detailed session notes and report progress.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and crisis management.
