Job summary

AB Spectrum, a leading ABA clinic in Missouri, seeks a Senior Registered Behavior Technician to mentor staff and deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 1–6 in a clinic setting. You will model best practices for newer staff, implement plans written by a BCBA, and contribute to a safe, engaging learning environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (BACB) in good standing.
• At least 1 year of RBT experience with strong implementation skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments with a team-first mindset.
• Thorough understanding of the RBT Ethics Code and commitment to professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a clinic environment.
• Model best practices for newer RBTs and BTs in real time.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks as needed (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families.
• Encourage play and positive behavior through Reggio ABA approach.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
