AB Spectrum is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician to mentor newer staff while delivering high‑quality ABA therapy in our clinics across the region. You’ll model best practices, support 1:1 sessions with young children, and help ensure consistent, high‑quality classrooms in multiple locations.

The role emphasizes leadership development within a Reggio ABA framework, collaboration with BCBA teams, and ongoing skill growth through regular supervision and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (BACB) in good standing.
• At least 1 year of RBT experience with strong implementation skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of the RBT Ethics Code and commitment to professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality ABA therapy in a dynamic clinic environment.
• Model best practices for newer staff in real time.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in clinic settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks as needed (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families.
• Encourage play and social engagement through Reggio ABA™ approach.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
