Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a seasoned Procurement and Raw Materials Planning Manager to lead material planning and purchasing at the Duncan site. You will optimize PFEP, supervise procurement teams, and partner with sourcing to enhance supplier performance.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing procurement, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP. On-site role with travel as needed and opportunities to drive cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 10+ years in sourcing, procurement, or materials management in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or materials management in manufacturing.
• Master’s degree plus 3+ years in sourcing, procurement, or materials management in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead site raw material PFEP to ensure material availability and minimize inventory.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and goods receipts for direct/indirect materials.
• Collaborate with strategic sourcing and supplier quality to improve performance.
• Represent procurement in site projects including new product introductions and changes.
• Develop team KPIs and align objectives with plant and business goals.
• Identify process improvements and lead Kaizen events using DBS/MS tools.
